Sejin Hong (b. 1992) contemplates the perception and essence of sensory experiences, drawing from her own experiences of hearing through artificial cochlear implants. Exploring her unique pictorial language at the boundaries of sensation, the artist has gained recognition for her artistic merit, including selection in the SeMA (Seoul Museum of Art) Emerging Artists Support Program.
